Oman Investment Authority is seeking a senior investment professional to lead and coordinate investment opportunities from initial screening to closing. You will build financial models, assess sector opportunities, and craft robust investment theses to drive value creation across a diverse asset portfolio.

You will work closely with the CIO and Capital Raising teams to shape investment products and oversight.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of building financial models and valuations.
Experience in sector-focused investing and asset management.
Ability to translate sector opportunities into institutional investment products.
Proven transaction leadership and due diligence capabilities.
Excellent analytical, written and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

Support CIO Sector Head in developing investment thesis, priorities and pipeline.
Originate, develop and maintain investment opportunities and deal flow.
Evaluate opportunities via market, commercial, financial analyses and due diligence.
Lead or coordinate transaction execution including structuring, negotiations and closing.
Develop investment products and funds with Capital Raising.
Monitor and add value to portfolio companies to meet KPIs.
Review exit strategies and lead approved exits when needed.
Prepare robust investment memos and governance-ready recommendations.
