Job summary

Tawteen is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end investment opportunities within the assigned sector, from origination to exit. The role partners with the Sector Head CIO and Capital Raising to refine propositions, develop investable products, and manage performance across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will drive value creation, oversee financial models and investment memos, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute complex transactions and exits while maintaining governance

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, principal investing, asset management or a related investment field.
Experience in sector-focused investing, value creation, investment product or fund development and exit execution is preferred.
Strong financial modeling, valuation and due diligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and update investment thesis, priorities and pipeline for the assigned sector.
Originate, evaluate, structure and negotiate investment opportunities.
Lead or coordinate transaction execution including due diligence, documentation, negotiations and closing.
