Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• In-depth knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to create new menus catering to different tastes and dietary restrictions.
• Strong leadership to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent time management with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency preferred.
