Work in USA in Al Buraymi, Oman is seeking anExecutive Chef for a seasonal position. You will oversee all kitchen operations, develop seasonal menus, manage inventory and budgets, train staff, and ensure top quality and food safety. The role requires at least 5 years in a similar role and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate a team.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Creativity in menu development using local ingredients.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop seasonal menus with local ingredients.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen budgeting.
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
