A leading construction firm in Oman is seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to oversee cost control, tendering, and contract administration across various development projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 8 years of experience in relevant roles. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, managing contractor payments, and ensuring project specifications are met. This position requires strong knowledge of contracts and project management systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical office or quantity surveying roles.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and cost control systems.
• Experience in commercial, residential, and villa projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Analyze contractor quotations and conduct technical and financial comparisons.
• Manage payments invoices, claims, and variation orders.
• Prepare project cash flow and cost control reports.
• Coordinate between all the relevant parties.
• Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Monitor project budgets and forecast financial performance.
