Job summary

Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a Tandem Line Team Lead to oversee operations in Al Buraymi Governorate, Oman. You will be responsible for the precision manufacturing of stamped parts while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of stamping experience (preferably laser blanking).
• Experience with Tandem Press setup and operation.
• Knowledge of safety and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate Tandem Press line for precision manufacturing of stamping parts.
• Lead and execute automatic Tandem Line and set up die sets for new jobs.
• Train and support team members to develop operational skills.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented

Basic computer proficiency

Education

Technical associate degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics)
