Job summary

Lucid Motors in Oman seeks a Manufacturing Team Leader to guide BIW operators, ensure safety, quality, and steady production flow. You will drive throughputs (JPH/OEE), enforce standard work, and enable rapid response to issues while fostering a zero‑defect culture.

You will lead a cross‑functional team, balance workloads, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, and coach personnel to improve skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Technical associate degree and 3+ years as production leader or similar.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; BIW knowledge a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety compliance and toolbox talks; enforce PPE and safe work practices.
• Coordinate a BIW production team to meet takt-time targets and throughput.
• Monitor OEE drivers and balance workloads across stations.
• Drive first‑time quality and reduce rework through QRQC and containment.
• Develop team members, plan coverage, and sustain a quality culture.
• Lead continuous improvement and kaizen actions with cross‑functional partners.
