Job summary

TRIOL Technology for Reliable Industrial Oilfield Leadership LLC in Muscat, Oman, seeks a Production Manager to lead a local representative office and a compact assembly facility on-site. This hands-on role combines production coordination, facility management, and warehouse oversight within a growing global business.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, 5+ years in operational/production management, and proven team leadership.

Qualifications

Engineering degree required.
5+ years in operational, facility, or production management.
Hands-on leadership of teams up to 30 people.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Experience with start-up or scaling manufacturing would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency and achievement of production, quality, and delivery targets.
Coordinate daily assembly and production schedules on site, while directly supervising local technical and operational staff.
Keep all technical and operational documentation organized and up to date.
Oversee site infrastructure, manage contracts with local utility providers (electricity, gas, water), and arrange routine facility maintenance.
Maintain strict compliance with HSE standards, electrical safety, and fire safety regulations, serving as the main contact for local authorities and audits.
Manage local warehouse operations, storage planning, inventory control, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics suppliers.
