Job summary

Fortinet in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the sales team with pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities. You will work closely with a sales representative to deliver secure network solutions and drive technical success across Enterprise customers.

You will lead technical aspects of deals, run POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in security technology and network security concepts.
• Pre‑sales engineer experience managing end-to-end technical deals.
• Proven problem-solving skills that drove wins.
• Ability to communicate technically to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IPsec, and related security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of sales cycles, from RFIs to RFPs.
• Conduct POCs with internal teams and customers.
• Understand customer requirements and design solutions.
• Position Fortinet solutions remotely or in person.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and account data.
