Job summary

NEW Alfa International is seeking a Substation Automation Engineer to design, configure and commission Substation Automation Systems (SAS) in compliance with IEC 61850. You will cover Power System Protection, Automation & Control including SCADA, RTU, PLC, PMS and IEDs, integrating these systems with utilities and OEM vendors for high-voltage substations.

The preferred candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields (Master's preferred).

Qualifications

• Design, configure, and commission SAS per IEC 61850.
• Experience with Power System Protection, Automation & Control including SCADA, RTU, PLC, PMS and IED integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and commission Substation Automation Systems (SAS) per IEC 61850.
• Coordinate with utilities and OEMs for HV substations and integration of SAS.
