Job summary
Everllence, a global energy solutions provider, seeks a PLC Engineer to lead programming, visualization development, and system integration for power generation and automation projects. You will work on Siemens PLCs, TIA Portal, and WinCC, coordinating site testing and commissioning.
Location and travel will be to projects in KSA and abroad, with responsibilities spanning synchronization, load management, and genset integration. A 5+ year background in automation is required.
Qualifications
- BachelorA0sA0degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of PLC programming and industrial automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs, TIA Portal, and WinCC.
- Experience in visualization/SCADA development.
- Knowledge of genset control systems and power synchronization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal.
- Configure and develop HMI/SCADA systems using Siemens WinCC and related visualization platforms.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting at site.
- Integrate PLC systems with genset control modules from different manufacturers.
- Implement and support control logic related to synchronization, load sharing, and load management.
- Analyze power system requirements and translate them into control system logic.
- Support FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, backups, and system configurations.
