Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking an Electrical - I&C Construction Site Supervisor for Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will lead electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning on EPC projects, supervise cable routes and field instruments, and ensure adherence to SAES/SAMSS/SES standards.

We expect 8–10 years of on-site leadership, strong knowledge of PLC/HMI systems, and a proven ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in electrical, instrumentation or related technical discipline.
• 8–10 years of site-based Electrical/I&C construction experience on large EPC projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with cables, instruments, and panels.

Responsibilities

• Lead site execution of electrical and I&C works including installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Supervise installation of field instruments, panels, and PLC systems.
• Review ITPs, QA/QC docs, and progress logs; coordinate with QA/QC, HSE and planning teams.
• Promote safety culture through toolbox talks and site inductions.
• Assist estimation and BOQ preparation for ongoing projects.
