Job summary

DP World KSA seeks a strategic HR leader to design and drive an integrated talent lifecycle strategy that attracts, develops, and deploys talent aligned with business needs. You will partner with senior leaders across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, and Workforce Planning to position DP World as an Employer of Choice.

You will lead learning, leadership development, and EVP initiatives, while ensuring strong Saudization execution and robust talent analytics to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are desirable and formal training in mentoring & coaching.

Responsibilities

Lead Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development initiatives across DP World KSA.
Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with People & Sustainability goals and business objectives.
Manage Saudization programs and build national talent pipelines with universities and government entities.
Oversee mass recruitment, vendor management, and government relations to ensure compliant operations.
Develop governance for data analytics, succession planning, and internal mobility across the organization.
