Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of service sales experience with strong relationships.
• Strong understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products.
• Experience within the energy sector.
• Excellent negotiation, technical, and commercial skills.
• Ability to travel across assigned countries as needed.
• Emirati nationals preferred.
• Oman/GCC driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales and business development across key markets.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding business drivers.
• Analyze installed base to identify growth opportunities and promote upgrades.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with revenue targets.
• Present a comprehensive service portfolio including installation, maintenance, upgrades, digital services.
• Monitor market trends and represent Hitachi Energy in engagements and industry forums.
• Achieve sales targets, support pricing decisions, and maintain pipeline forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
