Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in service sales with strong customer skills.
• Strong knowledge of Hitachi Energy systems and products.
• Experience in the energy sector.
• Strong commercial, technical, and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned countries as needed.
• Oman/GCC driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales and business development across key markets.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding business drivers.
• Analyze installed base to identify growth and promote upgrades.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with revenue targets.
• Present a comprehensive service portfolio across installation to digital services.
• Monitor market trends and represent Hitachi in customer engagements.
