Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or an equivalent discipline relevant to the role.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience after obtaining a Master’s degree, or a minimum of 12 years of professional experience after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant professional certifications related to the job responsibilities are considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transformation initiatives related to institutional readiness, in collaboration with strategic planning and institutional performance development consultants.
• Anticipate future needs and propose development opportunities aligned with the social protection ecosystem and stakeholders’ expectations.
• Analyze the current situation and submit strategic recommendations that enhance institutional excellence and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead transformation initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up, ensuring achievement of targeted performance indicators.
• Strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance internal processes, and build an institutional culture that supports innovation and excellence.
• Enhance the readiness of individuals and internal units through development programs that support an integrated and effective customer experience.
• Improve policies and methodologies related to talent attraction and retention within the Fund.
• Lead readiness assessments and manage improvement initiatives to ensure performance sustainability and service quality.
• Improve operational processes by adopting modern tools and methodologies that enhance performance quality and streamline procedures.
• Collaborate with transformation and innovation teams to ensure alignment of processes and systems with institutional strategies and global best practices.
• Support the Fund’s compliance with national and international standards related to institutional readiness and operational excellence.
• Participate in change management and the development of training programs that enhance employee skills and ensure adoption of new initiatives.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
