Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate qualification or executive education preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive senior management experience, including at least 8 years in an executive leadership role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the organization's vision, mission, strategic priorities, and business plans and ensure execution across functions.
• Oversee governance, compliance, quality, health, safety and environment to protect people and assets.
• Drive transformation, innovation and digital enablement to improve performance and resilience.
