Qualifications

• Experience establishing and managing IT functions in industrial or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud and enterprise apps.
• Experience with ERP systems and digital transformation.
• Experience in multinational, startup, or greenfield environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, governance, and budgeting to align with business goals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and data security.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and performance against SLAs.
• Support ERP, HR, Finance, Procurement, and document management systems.
• Partner with operations and engineering to plan IT for future plant operations.
