Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a similar IT leadership role.
• Experience with ERP systems and IT/OT integration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, operations and vendor management to ensure reliability and security.
• Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Oversee OT cybersecurity, SCADA/DCS/PLC integration and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage IT staff, training, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure governance, documentation and policy compliance.
