A leader in green steel production in Oman is looking for a Legal and Compliance Manager to oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across project lifecycles. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in energy or industrial projects, focusing on legal strategy, compliance frameworks, and stakeholder management. Candidates must be Omani nationals with a minimum of 10–15 years' relevant experience and a law degree. The role offers insights into complex regulatory environments and a pivotal role in ensuring operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of legal experience, preferably in energy or industrial projects.
• Experience with EPC / EPCM contracting and cross-border transactions.
• Familiarity with Omani laws, international compliance standards, and ESG regulations.
