Job summary

Tawteen, based in Muscat, Oman, is seeking an Integrated Solutions Commercial Senior Advisor to lead the development of proposals and bids within the oil & gas sector. The role requires extensive experience in commercial negotiations and compliance, as well as strong leadership and analytical skills.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams and be responsible for managing significant risks to ensure project success. You should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have over 12 years of experience, particularly in Integrated Projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant oil & gas operator or service company experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Integrated Projects.
• Strong understanding of Upstream business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all elements of I amp S Opportunities through the I amp S Process.
• Engage and align stakeholders for proposals or bids.
• Ensure company processes are strictly followed.
• Contribute to risk documentation and mitigation.
• Draft initial Project Plan and all key components.
• Provide leadership for negotiations with stakeholders.
