Job summary

Oman Housing Bank invites a seasoned Head - Employee Relations & Services to lead the HC operating model, ensure fair employee relations, service excellence and compliant payroll, benefits and HRMS accuracy in Muscat. You will drive governance, policy and records-management, deliver actionable insights and strengthen employee experience.

With a minimum 10 years in Human Capital, including leadership in Employee Relations, HC Operations and shared services, you will guide a cross-functional team,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field; Master's preferred.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7 or SPHR) highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years in Human Capital, with at least 4 years in a managerial role covering Employee Relations and HC Operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Employee Relations & Services Unit and translates HC model into service, governance and priorities.
• Owns service catalogue, SLAs, escalation routes and reporting; ensures consistency across channels.
• Maintains HC governance, policy, records-management, and controls; monitors exceptions and remediation.
• Defines and monitors SLAs, KPIs, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Advises leadership on complex employment, conduct, compliance and employee-service matters.
• Manages Employee Relations matters including grievances, investigations and documentation.
• Oversees Payroll, Benefits Administration and employee lifecycle services with accurate processing.
• Oversees SPF contributions, statutory reporting and insurance coordination.
• Manages Employee Health Insurance Program and tendering/renewal recommendations.
• Ensures HRMS data integrity and drives process standardisation and automation.
• Leads, develops and manages the unit team with high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
