M I R A L.L.C in Salalah, Oman, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and controls. You will partner with senior management to support growth and ensure strong regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, professional qualifications, 5+ years in finance including leadership, treasury, and ERP/Excel proficiency, with GCC or Oman experience preferred and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CA/CMA qualifications preferred.
• 5+ years in finance or accounting, with 2+ in a leadership role.
• Experience with treasury, cash flow, liquidity, and banking relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for financial stability.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with auditors and banks.
