Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting an experienced Finance Manager in Muscat, Oman. This hands-on leadership role oversees finance operations, compliance, reporting, budgeting and administration, while leading a small team and partnering with business leaders to support growth.

Responsibilities include monthly closes, management accounts and board reports, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and ensuring robust controls, audits and VAT compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• ACCA/CPA CMA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Experience in service-based industries.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and administration function across the Oman business.
• Manage and develop a team of three professionals.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close activities.
• Prepare management accounts and board reports.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Drive improvements in profitability and working capital.
