Job summary

Dar Arabia, Muscat, Oman, seeks a Group Finance Manager to lead financial operations across real estate, construction, hospitality, manufacturing and technology entities. You will standardize processes, provide reliable analysis, and work closely with the Group CEO on strategic decisions.

The role requires deep financial control, IFRS expertise, and hands-on leadership across multiple finance teams, with emphasis on reporting accuracy and cost management. Oman-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent with professional qualification.
• 10+ years in finance and accounting, including leadership experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, budgeting, audit requirements and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly/annual financial statements for group and subsidiaries.
• Maintain cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and banking relations.
• Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts with managers.
• Analyze project profitability, cost control and working capital performance.
• Oversee ERP implementation and finance systems improvements.
• Lead finance teams and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
