Job summary

Employment in Salalah, Oman is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will lead planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while partnering with senior management to drive growth.

Responsibilities include cash flow management, internal controls, audits, and team leadership; 5+ years in finance with treasury experience and ACCA/CPA/CIMA preferred; fluent English, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing corporate treasury functions: cash flow forecasting, liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Hands-on experience securing debt financing or banking facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Oman or GCC countries is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
