Job summary

Client of Michael Page in Oman seeks a Senior Finance & Administration Manager to lead the finance function across the Oman business. The role manages a team of three, oversees monthly, quarterly and annual close, and prepares management accounts and board reports, with detailed financial analysis driving strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CMA qualification preferred.
• 8–10 years progressivel finance experience.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Experience in service-based industries is required.
• Strong reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Experience with audits, VAT and statutory reporting.
• Cash flow and working capital management knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems.
