Rawy is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Project Supervisor to oversee fit‑out and microcement projects from commencement to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the company’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and project execution.
• Monitor artistry, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
• Ensure project timelines and milestones are achieved.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
• Monitor material usage and site logistics.
• Conduct quality inspections and snagging processes.
• Ensure health, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Participate in project handover and closeout procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fit‑out, interior finishing, construction supervision, or related sectors.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical details.
• Experience with decorative finishes, microcement, or specialty coatings is highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• A valid driving license in Oman is preferred.
