Job summary

DHL Express Oman invites applications for a Channel Relationship Manager-Sales to drive revenue from existing customers and bring in new business. You will maintain regular customer contact, understand client needs, and propose DHL solutions to add value while working with cross-functional teams.

The role demands strong English communication, independent work, and the ability to perform under pressure, with Arabic being a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communicator; Arabic language is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and within a team, under pressure.
• Preferably a Degree in Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a regular call cycle to existing DHL customers to uphold revenue.
• Identify customer needs and align DHL services to add value.
• Source and convert new business leads to generate revenue from new customers.
• Monitor credit issues and coordinate with Finance to ensure collections.
• Update call details in COMET/STELLAR and ensure IBS forms are current.
• Own service failures and ensure rapid, effective resolutions.
