Job summary

Braxtone Group in Oman is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee administrative and business development activities. You will support daily office operations, manage client relations, coordinate events, and expand the service provider network.

Key duties include market research, data analysis, vendor management, and digital media advertising efforts to boost sales and brand presence in Oman. Normal hours are 45 per week with occasional trips and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative support and business development roles.

• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.

• Proficiency in digital media advertising and event planning.
• Knowledge of Omani business environment and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, including filing, reports, meetings, and supplies.
• Answers calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.
• Manages Braxtone Club Program and expands the service provider network.
• Facilitates fund collection from garages and enrolls SP in the program.
• Conducts market research and analyzes collected data.
• Obtains new product suppliers and markets the company.
• Collects and analyzes market data to inform strategy.
• Conducts business research to understand the market landscape.
• Manages relationships with customers (insurance, broker, rental cars, agencies, etc.).
• Arranges meetings with potential clients (insurance, broker, agency, others).
• Supports SP management (acquiring providers, negotiating discounts).
• Handles customer complaints alongside office admin.
• Public relations with Omani ministries, banks, government offices.
• Assists with digital media advertisement.
• Coordinates events and promotions to boost sales and awareness in Oman.
• Markets and secures new RSA program accounts and related activities.
