Job summary

OMRAN Group seeks a seasoned Development Director to drive the South Cluster portfolio in Dhofar, Salalah and surrounding projects. You will own end-to-end delivery across strategy, design, procurement and handover, ensuring alignment of scope, cost, schedule, HSE and commercial outcomes.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage stage-gate governance, coordinate with central design and technical authorities, and report to the Chief Development Officer with timely, evidence-based insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate or related discipline.
• PMP, chartered status or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• 15+ years in real-estate, destination or development-delivery.
• Experience leading multi-project portfolios at senior level (Project Director/Development Director/GM).
• Strong experience in residential development, off-plan sales, escrow requirements and handover.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into an integrated portfolio delivery plan for South Cluster projects.
• Lead the South Cluster delivery team and set clear accountabilities.
• Ensure alignment of scope, cost, schedule, HSE and commercial outcomes across the portfolio.
• Oversee design, master planning, infrastructure interfaces and land-use parameters.
• Provide portfolio reporting and governance to the Chief Development Officer.
