OMRAN Group in Oman seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to translate plans into executable initiatives and drive projects through the full development life cycle. Strategic ContributionSupport the line manager in translating the approved business plan and development strategy into executable project plans for assigned projects Manage assigned projects through the full development life cycle and applicable Project stage-gates preparing the required submissions evidence and recommendations for approvals Maintain current market development construction and tourism-sector knowledge relevant to assigned projects and incorporate relevant insights into project decisions Support the Business development team to establish the projects business opportunities
Provide day-to-day leadership to project teams consultants and contractors setting clear deliverables monitoring performance and ensuring accountability for agreed outcomes Support the development of Omani project-management capability through coaching knowledge transfer and effective delegation
Support the line manager in defining project resourcing requirements and recommend appropriate consultant contractor and internal-resource arrangements for efficient delivery
Manage project budgets cash-flow forecasts schedules and resource plans within approved business cases and phase budgets Monitor financial and schedule performance identify variances early and recommend corrective actions to the line manager
Apply OMRAN policies stage-gate requirements Delegation of Authority project controls and relevant statutory requirements consistently across assigned projects
Oversee project execution planning across scope schedule cost quality HSE risk procurement approvals and handoverCoordinate design development with Design amp Master Planning and Technical Services ensuring compliance with approved master plans land-use GFA parameters technical standards and infrastructure interfaces Manage consultants project managers and contractors and ensure timely delivery of agreed outputs decisions and corrective actions Prepare tender documentation and coordinate procurement activities with Capital Procurement amp Contracts and the relevant Tender Committee Administer consultancy and works contracts within delegated authority including progress certification claims management variation control and contractual correspondence Manage project controls and reporting for cost schedule progress risk change and key decisions escalating material issues to the line manager Identify project risks and opportunities and ensure appropriate mitigation and response plans are implemented and tracked Coordinate government utility and other stakeholder approvals required for assigned projects maintaining effective working relationships with relevant authorities Ensure central HSE requirements are implemented on all assigned sites and that environmental coastal archaeological and heritage constraints are appropriately managed Coordinate with Sales amp Leasing on product definition launch readiness pre-sales requirements escrow compliance and customer handover for residential components Manage testing commissioning snagging practical completion and handover ensuring defects are closed and required records are transferred to the relevant operating or asset-management teams Support in-country value and Omanisation objectives through project procurement contractor engagement and development of Omani talent Provide accurate and timely project information recommendations and decision papers to the line manager and other governance forums

A minimum of 8 years of relevant development/project-management experience, including responsibility for complex real-estate, tourism, hospitality, residential or mixed-use projects.Strong working knowledge of property development and the full project life cycle from concept and feasibility through design, procurement, construction and handover.Experience in building, utilities and infrastructure components of development projects.Demonstrated experience managing consultants and contractors, including cost, contract, claims and variation matters.Experience in stage-gated, PMO-driven or matrix delivery environments is preferred.PMP, chartered status or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
