Job summary

OMRAN Group in Oman seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to translate plans into executable initiatives and drive projects through the full development life cycle. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and resource plans while coordinating design development with Design & Master Planning and Technical Services to ensure master-plan compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering/related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant development/project-management experience.
Experience with complex real-estate, tourism, hospitality, residential or mixed-use projects.
Experience managing consultants and contractors, including cost, contract, claims and variation matters.
PMO-driven or stage-gated delivery experience; PMP or chartered status advantageous.

Responsibilities

Translate business plan into executable project plans.
Manage projects through full development life cycle and stage-gates.
Oversee budgets, cash-flow forecasts, schedules and resource plans.
Coordinate design development with Design & Master Planning and Technical Services.
Prepare tender documentation and coordinate procurement activities.
Mentor Omanisation objectives and develop local talent.
Provide timely project information for governance forums.
