Job summary

OMRAN is seeking a General Manager to lead the South Cluster, overseeing Janaen Salalah, Khor Rori and related projects. You will be the single accountable owner for scope, cost, schedule, quality, HSE and stakeholder outcomes across all development phases.

Responsibilities include sponsorship through G0-G6 gates, portfolio delivery leadership, and coordination with central design and technical authorities to ensure master plans and approvals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large portfolio delivery in real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with central functions and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single accountable owner for the South portfolio across the full development life cycle.
• Sponsor projects and phase releases through the applicable G0-G6 stage-gates within delegated authority.
• Maintain market understanding of real-estate, tourism, hospitality and residential dynamics relevant to the South portfolio.
• Lead build and development of the South Cluster delivery team including project managers, PMO, project controls, commercial and handover resources.
