FutureHire is seeking a creative Sous Chef to join our bustling kitchen in Muscat, Oman. You will work with the Head Chef to oversee all aspects of food preparation and kitchen organization, delivering high standards of quality and excellence in every dish.

You will create menus, train staff, monitor inventory, and ensure health and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has proven sous-chef experience, culinary certification, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with other departments and suppliers.
• Attention to detail with excellent time-management skills.
