Job summary

UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company - Oman is seeking an experienced sales engineer for AMC and service sales of elevator systems in Oman.

You will estimate, prepare quotations, review tenders, maintain key accounts, and drive market expansion while coordinating with operations, finance and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery and revenue growth.

Candidates with 6+ years in mechanical/electrical engineering or diploma with 12+ years in AMC service sales will be considered.

Qualifications

• Graduate Mechanical / Electrical Engineers with 6+ years in AMC, Service Sales of elevator systems, escalators, trav-o-lators, etc.
• Diploma holders with 12+ years in AMC, Service Sales of elevator systems.
• Aggressive sales approach and proven targets achievement.
• Strong negotiation skills in AMC finalization.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, prepare quotations and product presentations.
• Lead pre- and post-tender review meetings, submissions, and negotiations.
• Identify new markets and secure AMC contracts to increase market share.
• Maintain active association with existing and new customers for business development.
• Coordinate with field operations, finance and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual KPIs.

Industry Vertical Transportation / Elevator Systems

Estimation, preparation of quotations, product presentations, post and pre tender review meetings, submissions, follow-ups, negotiations and finalization of AMC.

Identifying new markets for other brand equipments and securing the contracts to grab additional market share.

Building and maintaining active association with Existing, new customers for business development.

Follow up & collect the AMC payments on time from all the assigned accounts.

Attaining maximum customer satisfaction by providing efficient after sale service to the customers.

Coordination with filed operation team for resolving the technical issues addressed by clients

Lead cross-functional coordination with Finance and Commercial teams to streamline post-order processing and ensure accurate and timely delivery of client contractual and commercial requirements.

Achieve assigned targets and consistently meet defined KPIs within specified timelines on a monthly and annual basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate Mechanical / Electrical Engineers with 6+years OR Diploma with 12+ years of experience in AMC, Service Sales of elevator, escalators, trav-o-lators, etc.

Candidates should possess aggressive sales approach in the market and proven track record of targets achievement. Should also have good negotiation skills in Service sales AMC finalization
