Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a Technical Service Manager to drive sales of Well Construction technical products and services, build key client relationships, and provide technical support to the sales process. The role combines technical acumen with sales leadership to meet revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

15+ years in Oil & Gas industry
Minimum of 5 years product line experience in Well Construction products (Liner Hanger, Cementing, or Completions)
Background in Technical Sales
Experience of Technical Investigation reports and submitting them
Saudi Arabia experience preferred
Experience of conducting presentations
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

Deliver technical and commercial capability for Well Construction services, including Liner Hangers, Cementing and Completions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share in assigned regions and accounts.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through market analysis and client engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients through regular meetings, technical discussions, and presentations.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, and product demonstrations to customers.
Lead and mentor Applications Engineers and Technical Sales Engineers to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery and alignment with customer requirements.
Provide technical guidance to support business development and contract negotiations.
Uphold QHSSE standards and promote a strong safety culture across all operations.
