Job summary

Career Land Center is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support senior kitchen leadership for an F&B group in Kuwait. The role focuses on supervising daily food production, maintaining quality, and guiding the culinary team to ensure smooth operations across outlets.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a deep understanding of kitchen ops, HACCP, menu execution, and staff training. This position requires willingness to relocate to Kuwait and thrive in a high-volume

Qualifications

Proven leadership in high-volume F&B environments.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and HACCP standards.
Experience training and mentoring junior staff.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with inventory and cost control beneficial.

Responsibilities

Support Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Supervise food preparation, mise en place, cooking, plating and service readiness.
Ensure dishes meet company standards and recipes.
Lead kitchen team during busy service and peak times.
Monitor quality, portion control, timing and presentation.
