Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Head Waiter to lead the service team for an F&B company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will supervise waiters, ensure high standards and coordinate with kitchen, bar and management to deliver a warm, professional dining experience.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest relations, and the ability to maintain service quality in a fast-paced environment. Relocation to Kuwait is expected and advantages include POS experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Head Waiter or similar F&B service role.
• Strong leadership and team-supervision skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Lead and support waiters during daily operations.
• Ensure service is delivered to company standards.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
• Take and serve orders accurately when required.
• Ensure menu and product knowledge and upselling standards.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with service team, kitchen, bar and management.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate specials.
• Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and conduct.
• Assist with training, coaching and on-the-job guidance.
• Support opening/closing procedures and stock control.
• Ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
