Career Land Center is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our F&B operations in Kuwait. The successful candidate will support daily kitchen leadership, supervise junior chefs, and ensure top-quality execution across all service periods.

We are looking for hands-on culinary professionals with a track record in high-volume environments, strong food safety knowledge, and leadership skills. Willingness to relocate to Kuwait is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sous or junior sous chef roles.
• Experience in high-volume F&B operations.
• Excellent food safety and HACCP knowledge.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
• Strong supervision and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations with senior chefs.
• Supervise mise en place, cooking, plating, and service readiness.
• Ensure dishes meet company standards and quality.
• Train and coach junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor food cost, portions, and wastage.
• Coordinate with service and purchasing teams.
• Lead a kitchen section when required.
• Maintain hygiene and HACCP compliance.
