Job summary

Employment in Oman seeks a seasoned Service Operations Lead to oversee after-sales services for Consumer Electronics and Air Conditioning products. You will ensure timely service delivery, high quality, and effective coordination with customers, technicians, resellers, and internal teams.

You will monitor performance, manage spare parts, billing in SAP, and support reporting, stock control, warranties and financial coordination to meet revenue and collection targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics/Electrical or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in after-sales service operations.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics and Air Conditioning service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations to achieve revenue and collection targets and ensure SLAs.
• Allocate and dispatch service calls to maximise productivity and ensure timely billing in SAP.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, resellers, dealers and internal teams to resolve complaints quickly.
• Monitor progress, update customers and stakeholders on status and closure.
• Maintain accurate job cards, claims data, and supporting documentation.
