Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking a Service Operations Leader to drive service delivery for consumer electronics and air conditioning products, ensuring high quality, timely service, and adherence to processes across service, spare parts, stock, finance and reporting.

You will manage a team, optimize field performance, coordinate with customers and technicians, monitor SLAs, and ensure accurate billing in SAP while maintaining strong supplier and warranty processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical or related field.
• 7–10 years in after-sales service operations.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations to meet revenue and SLAs.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians and internal teams.
• Ensure timely job closure and billing in SAP.
• Monitor performance and coach team members.
• Prepare weekly service and performance reports.
