Job summary

Dynamic Agency is seeking a Sales Executive in Oman to drive direct sales of self-service kiosks and the Muheet ERP platform to private and government sectors, while also building the brand’s presence through digital and field marketing in the Omani market.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, deliver demos, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet targets. A dual role combines sales leadership with marketing initiatives locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in tech-hardware and/or B2B software sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Initiative and autonomy to manage dual sales/marketing duties.
• Good command of CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; valid Omani driving license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell self-service kiosks and Muheet platform to private and government clients.
• Prospect new opportunities and maintain a renewing sales pipeline.
• Deliver hardware and software demos at client sites.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and execute local digital and field marketing campaigns.
• Represent the company at events and build a local network.
• Monitor market trends and report opportunities and risks.
