Experience with EPC/EPCM/PMC project delivery.
Iraq/Middle East regulatory experience desirable.

Provide HSSE leadership and promote safety culture across all activities.
Develop and execute integrated project supply chain strategy.
Lead procurement, contracts, expediting, logistics, and warehousing.
Establish governance, controls, and performance reporting frameworks.
