Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Materials Manager to lead all materials management activities supporting the bp Kirkuk Project, ensuring equipment and materials are received, inspected, preserved, stored, issued, and reconciled throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience in materials management within Oil & Gas and related sectors, with expertise in SAP, SP Materials, or Hexagon-based systems, and a strong HSSE leadership focus.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Materials Management, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: APICS/ASCM, MCIPS, PMP, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or Project Supply Chain Management within Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, or Industrial sectors.
• Experience implementing and administering materials management systems, including SAP, SmartPlant Materials (SPM), Hexagon Materials Management, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate visible leadership in HSSE and promote safe material handling, storage, preservation, and warehouse operations.
• Lead all project materials management activities in support of project execution objectives.
• Develop and implement project materials management procedures, systems, controls, and reporting processes.
• Ensure accurate material visibility throughout the project life cycle from receipt through installation and project close-out.
