Job summary

Worley is seeking a seasoned Project Expediting Manager to lead expediting activities for the bp Kirkuk Project. You will manage supplier performance, progress reporting, and risk mitigation across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and project controls to ensure on-time delivery.

In a role demanding extensive international coordination, you will work with engineering and construction teams to maintain schedules and safeguard project milestones in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, procurement or related field.
• Extensive experience in expediting, procurement, and supply chain management within Oil & Gas or similar sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of supplier performance management and schedule reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all expediting activities across suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Develop and implement the Project Expediting Plan and related processes.
• Ensure visibility of manufacturing and delivery status for critical packages.
• Monitor supplier progress and mitigate risks to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Controls for timely deliveries.
• Support delivery of project construction and commissioning milestones.
