Job summary

redfish solutions ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Oman to lead delivery of large-scale design and construction projects. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

The role requires a minimum of 12 years of multidisciplinary project delivery and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a track record in reputable consultancies or contracting firms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience delivering large-scale multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10 years working in the building sector on major developments.
• Experience with reputable consultancies or contractors.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and financial targets.
• Develop project execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of progress.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with authority requirements.
• Support procurement activities including subconsultant appointments and contract management.
• Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee design coordination, change management processes, and approvals.
• Attend and contribute to client, technical, and coordination meetings.
• Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all stages of the project.
