Job summary

Employment in Oman is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion. The role requires planning, coordinating, and controlling all activities to meet budget, schedule and quality, safety and contractual standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 12 years in construction, with at least 5 years as PM; PMP certification is a plus. GCC/Oman experience and strong leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 12 years in construction with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
• PMP certification is an advantage; GCC experience with Oman is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from mobilization to final handover.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Review drawings and contract documents for compliance; manage variations and claims.
