Job summary

Omanyp seeks an experienced senior project leader to deliver hospitality and high-rise developments in the region. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, planning, and budgeting, while guiding multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 15+ years of proven delivery experience, and strong familiarity with PPP and PIF-funded schemes. Leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience.
• Proven track record in high-rise towers and mega hospitality projects.
• Strong exposure to PPP projects (mandatory) and PIF-funded developments.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or Egypt.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hospitality and high-rise projects.
• Oversee planning, execution, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and align with project goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including PPP and PIF entities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
