The ideal candidate has over 15 years in construction, including significant senior leadership experience and robust project management skills. You will lead teams across various phases and ensure compliance with all contracts and regulations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong real estate development and contractor management experience.
• Experience in project controls, contracts, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from planning to handover.
• Track budget variances and manage change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and contract requirements.
